Who handles your information

LeadPower Creative is responsible for the personal information supplied through its website. Contact hello@leadpowercreative.com about your information or privacy rights.

Assessments and enquiries

You can complete the readiness assessment and see your results without giving contact details. We store your selected business situation, business type, goal, answers, calculated scores, project preferences, any website address and notes you supply, completion time and campaign source. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

If you request an email copy or a quote, we also store your name and email, any optional business name, preferred contact method, and your phone number if you choose phone contact. We use these details to provide requested results, respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposed project scope. Our basis for responding to project enquiries is taking steps at your request before a possible contract; assessment operation and requested results rely on our legitimate interest in providing and maintaining this service.

Optional marketing

Website tips and offers are a separate, optional choice, off by default. We record the choice, its timestamp and the notice version. Marketing consent is not required for results or quotes. No automated promotional sequence is currently sent by the assessment. You can withdraw consent at any time using the preference link associated with your assessment, or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not stop the service communications you request.

Storage and service providers

Website hosting, data storage and transactional email providers process information to operate this service. Authorised team members can review submitted enquiries and assessment context. Where AI-assisted reply drafting is used, the relevant submitted information is processed to prepare a draft for human review; it does not decide whether your project is accepted or its price. We do not sell assessment contact details.

Assessment links contain a random reference. Anyone you share the link with may access its assessment answers, so keep it private. Contact details are not included in these links. We retain information only as needed to respond to enquiries, deliver services and meet legal obligations; you may ask us to delete an assessment or explain its retention.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw marketing consent. Email hello@leadpowercreative.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website storage

The assessment uses essential service requests to save answers and deliver requested emails. It records campaign parameters and visit/start events without storing an assessment visitor’s email until supplied. Other site services, such as account access and payments, may use storage required to provide those services.
